In the Received Files dialog box of Messages from Server window are all references to files that other users sent directly to you or uploaded to the Cloud Storage area and that are now on our PC/Mac (they are saved automatically in Download folder into easymeeting™ directory).
Click on the line to open the related file in the Documents window.

The window also shows the percentage of the file that has been delivered. If this percent is less than 100% it means that the file has not been delivered properly and might be corrupted, or that the sender decided to stop sending before the file was delivered.
easymeeting™ is configured to automatically opens all the documents received. With a click of the right mouse button on the description line, a sub menu will open asking if you want to save or open the file.
Double clicking on the button "Received files" opens the Windows folder containing the files received (the Download folder in easymeeting™ directory).
