Here you are the details of the functionalities available on the toolbar.

Activate/Deactivate your video.

When pressed, the button starts streaming the video taken from your webcam or video camera, and sending audio that comes from your microphone. The button is disabled until the person is enabled on a Full-Duplex channel by the Supervisor, then it will automatically be enabled (more info on this function).

Activate/Deactivate your audio.

When pressed, the button starts sending audio from your microphone. The button is disabled until the person is enabled on a Full-Duplex channel by the Supervisor, then it will automatically be enabled (more info on this function).

Activate/Deactivate your video preview window

When pressed, the button shows a local Preview of your video. Note that this doesn’t mean that you are on a Full-Duplex channel to communicate with other users. (more info on this function).

Managing the local Audio, both incoming (speakers/earphones) and outgoing (your microphone volume) (more info on this function).

Search a file on your hard disk or on your intranet (more info on this function).

Send the file - selected with the button Find a File - to all easymeeting™ participants (more info on this function). By right clicking on it, the sending file contextual menu appears, enabling you to activate the Send to Cloud function (more info on this function).

Open the Whiteboard to comment/underline the opened document, without modifying it.  Indeed, the Whiteboard is a transparent layer over the document and allows you to draw on the top of the file without changing the original (more info on this function).

The speaker synchronizes the current PowerPoint slide to all the participants, so everyone see the same PowerPoint slide in the Documents window (more info on this function). By right clicking on the button, the contextual menu of Synchronization appears, allowing you to choose between advanced Power Point synchronization and jpeg Power Point synchronization functions.

Activate/Deactivate the Screen Share for collaborative work on  any remote software. This actives a squared dotted area in the sharing user screen, and the other participants sees what is in this area.

However, the one who’s sharing may allow another user to work on his shared area (more info on this function). By right clicking on the button, the contextual menu of Screen Share appears, allowing you to share a specific program or to share everything except a specific program.

Starts/Stops the recording of an easymeeting™ session. Recording creates a single file, complete with all the audio, video and data exchanged in the meeting. The file of the recording can be replayed offline with easymeeting™ client (more info on this function).

Chat for textual messages with other users in the conference (more info on this function).

Send a booking request to the Supervisor, asking to be enabled on a Full-Duplex Channel and to communicate in real time. The function is available only for normal users. After pressing the button, the Supervisor sees the relative number on the reservation next to the user on the Users list window (more info on this function).

Interrupt, or auto activation of a user on the Full-Duplex channel with no booking request to the Supervisor. This function is available only for normal users who have had this privilege from the easymeeting™ Administrator (for example, people with higher hierarchy - more info on this function).
