What to do if your S.O. is Microsoft XP©

In the first instance, open any Windows Explorer window.

Open the Tools -> Folder Options as shown below.

My Computer->Tools->Folder Options

This will open the dialog box below:

My Computer->Tools->Folder Options->General

Click on the File Type tab to display the following dialog box:

My Computer->Tools->Folder Options->Type of File

In the list, select PPT. Then click on Advanced, to display this tab:

Edit File Type

If necessary:

Uncheck “Confirm open after download”

Select “Browse in same window”

to get this result:

Edit File Type-Modified

Press OK and repeat this procedure for all types of files typically used in easymeeting™ and then: PPT, DOC, XLS, PDF, JPEG or others.
