Windows© is sometimes set to request authorization to open the file, when a new program is installed on your PC tries to use local files in the Office suite.
The classic case is the sending, for example, a Power Point file through easymeeting™: when a person receives a Power Point through easymeeting™ for the first time, you can display the following dialog box of Windows©:
Dialog File Download: open or save the file?
At this point the procedure is simple:
This procedure must be repeated for each type of file sent with easymeeting™: excel, pdf, image, word, and so on.
Sometimes it may happen that this kind of message does not appear and the document will automatically open outside easymeeting™ in the original program, thereby hampering the sharing of files in the video communication session.
