Using the Sessions tab of easymeeting™ Scheduler you can download and upload contents on your easymeeting™ video conference sessions, such as heavy PowerPoint presentation or the video conference registration for the absent users (obviously, when the meeting is already finished).
This is the main view of Download section for the Sessions tab.

Now, click on each conference name to expand and visualize all the files about the meeting and click to Download link to save the file on your PC/Mac.

As you can see, in this case the Power Point presentation and the registration of the meeting are ready to be downloaded. Each user that can participate the meeting can download those files.
You can also upload file using the easymeeting™ Client – Download a file from Cloud function.
Now move to the Upload section, where you can see the conference that you have planned. Please note that only the owner of the conference (who has scheduled it) can upload and remove files to the Cloud storage of the conference.

As before, click on each conference name to expand and visualize all the files about the meeting and click to Delete link to remove a file from the Cloud Storage.

To upload a new file click on the Upload button, then select a file. Once selected, the file will be automatically uploaded on the Cloud storage area of the meeting.
You can also download file using the Upload a file from the Cloud / Web Storage function of easymeeting Client.
