Enable another user to sync with the advanced synchronization

To enable another user to manage the advanced PowerPoint synchronization, the Supervisor has to right click on this user and open the user contextual menu (both on his channel or on in its box in the Users window).

Then the Supervisor will select “Give power of advanced PowerPoint synchronization”.

The same procedures must be done to recover the function of the remote, simply by selecting the “Take back advanced PowerPoint synchronization power”.

Please note that this function is not available yet on tablet/smartphone and have reduced functions on Mac. In detail, if you synchronize slide to users connected by using smartphones, tablet or traditional video conference devices won’t visualize it. Users connected by Mac can not synchronize (any type of synchronization) and can only see slide synchronized by using Jpeg Synchronization.
