On September29th, 2016, Feedback Italia successfully obtained ISO 9001/UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 certification for its quality management system concerning:

  1. The design, sale, and servicing of software, and the provision of video communication services.
  2. The sales and service of hardware and software, along with the provision of multimedia services over IP.
